A. We have extensive experience in appraising virtually all types of properties. In addition to multifamily, office, industrial and retail, our experience includes numerous special and single use properties.

A. We have long provided valuation-related services throughout the U.S. Our ability to do so is due to various factors. We have ongoing experience in many markets throughout the country. Further, the firm maintains an excellent network of valuation firms in most market areas. These firms serve as valuable resources for local information and insight. However, we do not subcontract for the preparation of our work product. We also have access to a variety of market data for most areas of the country. Lastly, we spend the time necessary to understand the dynamics of those markets in which we work.
