Commercial Real Estate Analyst - Our immediate opening is for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Analyst. Responsibilities include cash flow modeling, lease abstracting, market research. Must have hands on experience in reviewing and analyzing rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, appraisals and engineering reports. Must be an Excel power user, with proficiency in Argus a plus. Strong writing skills also required. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate; three to five years experience in commercial real estate; an analytical mind; good communication skills; excellent computer skills; and be able to work in a fast paced environment. This is not an entry level position, recent and relevant experience is required.
