Blake W. Clemens has been in the real estate industry for 28 years. He started his career in the real estate department of The Travelers Insurance Company and has worked with top level institutional and public companies like Bank of America and United Dominion Realty Trust. At UDR he was responsible for the acquisition, repositioning, and disposition of over $2 billion in assets. He graduated from Albion College (Michigan) and is a frequent speaker at industry meetings.
